We do not offer returns or refunds on items purchased from the Couchers Merch Shop.
When you order stuff from the Couchers Merch Shop, we have that merch custom produced for you. This means that we can’t take back the items once produced.
If there is a quality issue with your product, please reach out to support@couchers.org.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been produced, please reach out to support@couchers.org as soon as possible, and we’ll try to cancel it. No promises though.
